JiNan ZongZhiShan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. · effective 1 January 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website at www.ancestorpeak.surf and the services offered by JiNan ZongZhiShan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. through its ridge desk. By visiting the website, sending a message, or engaging the company for work, you agree to the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully, because they describe the rights and obligations of both sides in plain language.
The company is JiNan ZongZhiShan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., with its place of business at Unit 1906, Entrance 3, Building 1, Lashan Nanyuan District 1, Huaiyin District, JiNan City - 250000, China (CN). The website and the associated station design are produced under the developer name AncestorPeak. Contact details are peak@ancestorpeak.surf and +12793994224.
By accessing the website or using any part of the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website and should not engage the company for work. A single visit to a public page counts as a limited use of these terms, and a message sent through the contact form counts as a request for correspondence under them.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a business or another organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. In that case, the word you refers to the organisation as well as to the individual who makes the request.
To keep the document readable, a small number of terms are given a fixed meaning throughout.
The website is intended for businesses and professionals who wish to learn about the services of the company. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law. The company may decline to provide services where the requested work falls outside its expertise or where carrying out the work would breach a legal requirement.
If the company discovers that a request was made by someone who does not meet these eligibility conditions, it may close the correspondence and remove any related information that is no longer needed.
The company provides services in computer systems design and related professional, scientific and technical fields, with a focus on computer integrated systems design as applied to supply and hauling work. The ridge desk organises waypoint sheets, supply notes and hauler letters, books trail windows, runs load review rounds, and hosts station sittings for the teams it serves.
The services are advisory and operational in nature. The company helps a client to structure and read the record of a route, but it does not take possession of goods, it is not the carrier of record, and it does not accept responsibility for the physical handling of freight except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. Descriptions of services on the website are provided for orientation and do not create a binding offer until the company confirms an engagement in writing.
An engagement begins when the client sends a message to the station and the company replies to confirm the scope. The confirmation should normally state the services involved, the expected cadence of work, the fees, and the start date. Where the engagement is complex, the parties may prepare a short written plan that sets out the stations involved and the order in which they will be completed.
Work does not begin until both sides have agreed on the scope and the fees. If a client asks for work to start before the plan is settled, the company may agree on an interim basis, but the terms of these Terms of Service still apply. Any change to the scope during an engagement should be noted by email so that both sides share the same record.
The client agrees to provide accurate information about the route, the records in use, and the people who will be involved. The quality of a station service depends on the honesty of the sheet it reads, and a client who supplies incomplete or misleading information makes accurate advice impossible.
If a delay is caused by the client, the company may adjust the timetable and, where the delay requires additional work, may charge for the extra effort after telling the client in advance.
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. They may be set as a fixed amount for a defined piece of work, as a daily or hourly rate, or as a retainer that covers a stated amount of station time. Invoices are issued according to the schedule in the engagement confirmation, and they state the currency, the amount due and the payment period.
Unless the engagement says otherwise, invoices are payable within thirty days of issue. Late payment may attract a reasonable interest charge, and the company may pause work on an active engagement while an invoice remains overdue. Where tax applies to the fees, the company will state the tax on the invoice. Travel and third party costs that are needed for a particular piece of work are agreed in advance, and they are passed on at cost unless the parties agree otherwise.
Deliverables are prepared with reasonable skill and care. The company will correct an error in a deliverable when the error is reported within a reasonable period after delivery, provided that the error is the responsibility of the company and not the result of information supplied by the client. Corrections are made within the agreed scope, and a request that amounts to new work is treated as a change to the engagement.
Records such as waypoint sheets, supply notes and hauler letters remain the working property of the client once the engagement is complete, subject to any licence that the company needs to keep for its own reference. The company may keep an internal copy of a record for the period described in the Privacy Policy, so that it can answer a later question about the work.
The website may be used only for lawful purposes connected with learning about the services and contacting the company. The following behaviour is not permitted.
Where the company believes that these rules have been broken, it may block the relevant access, close a correspondence, or take other reasonable steps to protect the station and its visitors.
The website, its text, its layout and its visual devices are the property of the company or are used with permission. The name JiNan ZongZhiShan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and the developer identity AncestorPeak belong to their respective holders. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of a mark, a design or a document except where a separate written agreement says so.
When the company prepares a deliverable for a client, the client receives the right to use it for its own business. The company keeps the right to reuse the general methods, formats and ideas that it develops, provided that no confidential client information is disclosed. Any third party material that appears in a deliverable remains subject to the rights of its owner.
Both sides agree to keep confidential the information that the other shares in the course of an engagement and marks as confidential, or that a reasonable person would treat as confidential. The company uses confidential information only to carry out the services and shares it only with the team members and providers who need it. The client agrees to protect any internal material or method that the company shares.
This obligation does not apply to information that is already public, that was already known to the receiving side, or that the receiving side is required to disclose by law. Where a legal disclosure is required, the disclosing side will give reasonable notice when it is able to do so. The confidentiality obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Some parts of the website may refer to tools, carriers or organisations that are not controlled by the company. Such references are provided for orientation. The company does not endorse every practice of a third party and does not accept responsibility for the content of a third party website. If you follow a link to another site, the terms and privacy policy of that site apply.
When a deliverable relies on a third party system, such as a scanner or a reporting platform, the performance of that system is subject to the terms of its own provider. The company will make reasonable efforts to design around a known limitation, but it cannot guarantee the behaviour of software that it does not control.
The company aims to keep the website available at all times, but it does not promise uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, during an update, or because of a problem with a hosting provider or a network. The company will try to schedule maintenance so that it causes the least disruption, and it will restore access as soon as it reasonably can.
The station answers correspondence during business hours as stated on the contact page. A message that arrives outside those hours will be read on the next working day unless it concerns an active trail window, in which case the phone number on the site should also be used.
The information on the website is provided for general orientation. It is not legal advice, financial advice, customs advice or a guarantee of any particular outcome. The company works carefully to keep the content accurate, but it does not promise that every page is free from error or that a description of a service will match the exact needs of a particular client.
The services are provided on an as agreed basis. Except for the commitments stated in an engagement confirmation, the company gives no warranty, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose or about the outcome of a route. A client should satisfy itself that the services meet its own requirements before relying on them for a decision that carries significant consequences.
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of data, that arises from the use of the website or from an engagement. The company is not liable for a loss that a third party causes to the physical goods of the client except where a separate written agreement places that responsibility on the company.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the company in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited. The parties agree that this limit is a reasonable allocation of risk for a station of the size described on this website.
The client agrees to indemnify the company against a claim, loss or cost that arises from the client s breach of these terms, from inaccurate information that the client supplied, or from the client s failure to obtain the rights needed to share a document or an image with the company. The company will notify the client of a claim within a reasonable period and will allow the client to take part in the defence where this is practical.
The company agrees to indemnify the client against a claim that a deliverable prepared only by the company infringes the intellectual property of another party, provided that the client has not modified the deliverable and has used it within the scope of the engagement. In such a case, the company may choose to replace the affected part or to end the relevant portion of the engagement.
Either side may end an engagement by giving written notice. If the client ends an engagement early, the client remains responsible for the fees for work already carried out and for costs already committed. If the company ends an engagement, it will refund any fee paid for work that it has not carried out, unless the ending is caused by a breach of these terms on the part of the client.
The company may suspend access to the website or to a service immediately if it reasonably believes that a serious breach has occurred, that the site is under attack, or that continuing would expose the company to legal risk. Where a suspension is not caused by the client, the company will restore access as soon as the reason for the suspension has ended.
Neither side is liable for a delay or a failure that is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. Such events include severe weather, a natural disaster, a failure of public networks, an interruption of electricity, a labour dispute, an act of government, or a similar circumstance. The affected side will notify the other side promptly and will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event.
If the event continues for a long period, either side may end the affected engagement by written notice. Where work has already been carried out, the client remains responsible for the fees connected to that work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the company is established. The parties agree to try to resolve a dispute through good faith discussion before taking any formal step. A written notice that describes the issue and the outcome sought is a useful first move, and the station will reply to such a notice within a reasonable period.
If discussion does not resolve the matter, the parties agree that the courts of the company s place of establishment have jurisdiction to hear the dispute, unless mandatory law in the client s own jurisdiction provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause prevents either side from seeking urgent relief from a court where such relief is necessary to protect a lawful interest.
The company may update these terms when its services change or when the law requires it. The new version is published on this page with a revised effective date. If a change is significant, the company will make it easy to notice, for example through a short note near the top of the page or through correspondence with active clients.
Continued use of the website after a change means that the updated terms apply. An engagement that is already in progress continues under the terms that were in force when it began, unless both sides agree to adopt the new version.
Questions about these terms may be sent to peak@ancestorpeak.surf or raised by phone at +12793994224 during business hours.
